FAQ

How do I start a meeting at WHRC or Log Cabin?

How to start attending meetings is by going over our meeting schedule and select a meeting that suits you.

Are you interested in starting your own meeting ?

Contact us via text, phone call, or email to discuss meeting day, time, and rent for each of the three meeting spaces.

Does the WHRC pay rent?

Yes, we certainly do pay substantial monthly rent to the city. Additionally, we pay for utilities and cleaning for the Log Cabin. We pay for a part time manager for both locations, as well as other associated operational costs such as property taxes, liability insurance, etc.

What are the rules to attend meetings?

The Code of Conduct is posted for both WHRC & Log Cabin.

Smoking is allowed 20 feet from the entrance to both locations.

We respect the space for all to use and we leave the space better than when we arrived.
